Student Contract Summary -

Here’s what you need to know in simple terms:

This guide is a simplified overview of your enrollment. It is meant to help you clearly understand your program, expectations, and policies before signing your official agreement.

Your Commitment

To successfully complete the program, you agree to:

  • You must complete all 300 required hours

  • Follow school policies and professional standards

  • Keep attendance and progress satisfactory at 80% minimum

  • Communicate with the school if issues arise.

If Life Happens (Leave Of Absence)

We understand things come up.

You may request a Leave of Absence (LOA) if needed:

  • Must be requested in writing

·        Maximum 2 LOAs per enrollment

  • Up to 30 days at a time (60 days max total)

  • Your end date will be pushed back

  • No extra fees for approved LOA

Attendance – What To Expect

  • You must clock in and out daily – including lunch and breaks

  • Only hours you are physically present count toward graduation

  • You are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance,  yet complete 100% of hours

Important:  If you miss 14 days in a row without contacting us, we will assume you have withdrawn from the program.

Tuition & Costs

  • Total cost: $4,000

  • Application $100, Enrollment $400, and Student Kit $500.
     Fees are Non-Refundable once received. ($3000 Tuition is paid based on time attended)

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Program: Manicuring Program

  • Total Hours Required: 300 hours

  • Should Be Completed: 10 Week Minimum – 20 Week Maximum

  • Location: 1025 Riders Club Rd., Suite 4, Onalaska, WI

  • Goal: Prepare you for Wisconsin state licensure and a professional career in nails

Refund Policy (Simplified)

If you withdraw:

  • The amount you owe depends on how much of the program you completed

  • The more hours you complete, the less refund you receive

Refunds are issued within 40 days.

Your Success

We support you with:

  • Hands-on training

  • Real-world salon experience

  • Career guidance and preparation

While we help you prepare, we cannot guarantee employment after graduation.

If You Need To Withdraw

You can withdraw at any time by letting us know in writing.

We may also withdraw a student if:

  • Attendance stops for 14 days

  • School policies are not followed

  • Academic progress is not maintained

Your withdrawal date will be your last day in class.
